On 3rd of September 2009, I have sent over the agreed price for a Samsung I8000 Omnia II PDA to Qwik Connect Inc, Marie Depoe. The transfer was made as advised via Western Union (MTCN: 260-270-xxxx).
After some email exchanged with Bellick Sanders, I was informed that they cannot ship only one device and I was offered a discounted price for other 6 devices. I have suggested different alternatives (payment via Credit Card but was advised that such payments from Romania are not accepted; Western Union's Collect On Delivery; Credit Card payment made by one of my colleagues from Orlando) so the selling takes place, but all ended up in 'send more money'. At this point I asked for a refund on 11th of September 2009, and since then I heard nothing from this shop. The online chat is not active, they didn't answer 4 of my emails requesting updates, they do not answer to the phone.
I strongly recommend to avoid making any payments/shopping from this company as they assured me about the refund possibility and now they prefer to steal such a small amount of money instead of keeping a professional and clean image => THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND IMAGE CAN BE BOUGHT WITH $320.
If anyone has any advices for me how could I force them to refund or deliver, I would highly appreciate.
