I ordered a DVD (Tulsa Central High School 50th Reunion) on 09/18/2010. The check #8428 was for $30 (copies of the check are enclosed) and was been deposited in your account shortly thereafter. Please advise what has happened to this order ASAP.

I ordered a DVD (Tulsa Central High School 50th Reunion) and received it and returned it to you around Dec 6. It would not work on any of my machines.
This reunion was very important and I wanted to have something to show of the event. I you are unable to send me what was promised, please REFUND my money ASAP
