Santa Anna, California 92704 A representative of RB Sports AKA Remsen Golf, offered me a deal whereas I could play differnet types of golf equipment on a 45 day trial. I ordered on set of clubs which was accompanied by a set of woods also. They billed my credit card and told me when I returned the equipment, I could have my credit card credited back for the charge.

My friend liked the clubs so I let him have them and allowed them to just process my card. One year later (this past week) I get a letter telling me they had noticed I had not returned a REPLACEMENT set of clubs and that I owed them $250.00 which they were turning over to a collection agency in ten days if I didn't return the clubs.

Well it took the letter four days to get here which wouldn't even give a reasonable amount of time to return the items if I was so incline to. I PAID for the clubs..there was no replacement of anything. Then they send me a letter blindly asking me to send them $250.00 dollars for clubs they sent me a year ago according to their records. What kind of company does business like that? Don't buy anything from these people. PS... I am currently stationed in the desert as part of the military force in Iraq. I hope they send a collection agency after me..we could use the help over here !
