I have booked for a double cylinder around 2 years back. On 8-sep-09 when I called the agency they asked me to come and give the documents anytime between 9 to 5 without even specifying the lunch timings. When I went at 1.30 to the agency office it was closed and timing which was written on the door read like this 9.00 to 1.00……1.00 to 2.00 lunch……2.00 to 5.00. So I came back again at 4.40 and checking for the details the response from the officers (I wouldn’t call them as officers they behaved as cheap road side guys) was so worst. There are like the documents submissions are closed at 4.40 but not where this timing was mentioned on the door when the agency was closed. If it is kept inside the office I will not know about it. Mr. Parmesh or Parvesh whatever his name is and he is a supervisor it seems but of no use at all. It’s his duty to at least accommodate a customer’s require and itsnot even my fault. The timings should be clear and to reach the customer and not only for your reference you take a print and paste it on the wall.

The connection is in my name and I’m in Chennai. All the way from Chennai I came only to get this done and I requested them so much they were least bother. I had to wait for 1 hour and people are so so worst I tell u these people shouldn’t be employed when they can’t meet the customer’s requirement.

I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and some action steps would be taken against them.
