I booked a holiday with this company on 14th feb 2010 with a man named james i told him i had walking problems. he said the hotel was fine just not sutable for people in wheelchairs so i went ahead & booked it. I went & got a book on the monday 15th feb 2010 & it says not sutable for people with walking problems so i rang james up right away he said leave it with me & i willget back to you he never rang back so i rang again on the wed 17th feb 2010 & he was off said they would get him to ring me back the next day which he never did so i rang on the thurs at 6pm & spoke to neil who is the boss he said we could have the mexicana sharm resort hotel which i said yes that would be fine. Neil said i had to email him to say i wanted to change hotels which i did right away. & Neil said he would said me conformation of the new holiday. which we are still waiting for. I have rang them & emailing them to say we have had no conformation yet neil said he would put it me in the post & i should get it by 10th march still not recived anything i have had to pay 282 pound already & i need to pay another 770 pound by the end of march but as i keep telling them i am not sending any more money untill i no we have changed hotel still i have northing i am getting very stressed out over this as this holiday is for my mums 70th birthday we should be going on the 20th dec 2010 for 2 week & there is 7 of us going. My sister has tryed ring them & telling them this is making me ill but james said he can only talk to me i feel they are just fobin me of every time i ring i no i have lost the 282 pound but i donot want to lose another 770 pounds. I rang them again yesterday the 14th march & the man i spoke to said he could not help me i can only speak to neil or james which will not be in till 12.30pm today. we all would like to cancel this holiday has we have been messed around so much . but worried about the rest of the deposit i hope you can help us many thanks
