This company contacted my sisters and other family members before it even attempted to contact me. When I enquired about this, they said that they had just received my account. I paid well over half of each and every one of my paychecks to them for 2 months. I was unable to pay one time and sent them this information via certified letter, in which they didn’t extract the funds from my account. In the same letter, I requested all information pertaining to the loan to be sent to my home address. A month later, the begin calling me once more, even threatening to garnish wages from family, even though they have not co-signed anything as they claim. I called today to speak to them about the letter they ignored. I recorded the message and informed them that I was doing so. They immediately insisted that I did not have permission to record them and hung up on me. I have copies of my certified letter, my certified mail reciept and a video of the company hanging up on me.
