Myself Nitin Wagh writing this mail on behalf of my father MR.Dr. Bhaidas Magan Wagh who is a class I officer in Govt. office.
He is using Airtel prepaid card under govt. employee scheme.
Initially my GPRS connection was activated till 19th of August.I made a request and send a msg
"GPRSDEACT" to 222. But since then it has not been deactivated.I called the customer care executives 100 times. But nothing has been done yet.I am not satisfied with your service totally.
Keep in mind it a prepaid card.Everyday Rs 7
is been deducting from my balance.
I am really frustrated now.
And when I colled ur customer care exeutive ,his name is Mr. Rakesh spoken with me very rudly .I tell u he a very pathetic person.How could u tolerate these persons.
I hope this complaint will be enough to take action.
And hoping i will get my refund to my balance as well.
