On March 22, 2010 I visited the Raceway #936 station for gas. I saw a sign that the pump credit card reader was broken. I went inside to give the clerk (3-22-2010, time 17:39:43 Tran#13106; Reg: 0001 CSH: 002 DR#01) my credit card. I proceeded to wait while she spoke with a man about buying some illegal dvds which were just released movies. I was the only customer waiting. Finally she asks "how much" - I said fill it up and she said 'give me an amount'. I did, went outside to pump - the pump wouldn't work and went back inside where she proceeded to yell (while this man was there that she was conducting business with) "you obviously don't know what you are doing" and "i'm going to have to re-issue you a credit and run the transaction again". She's voicing in a very rude manner. Even the man said 'i'll check you out later" and left. She proceeded to do her transacations, and to explain to me how to operate the pump while making it known (by her voice) that she was very disturbed that she had to go into the issue. She handed me my receipt and I walked out.

This clerk was conducting illegal business while working at your establishment. She needs to attend a class on Customer Service. If I can help it, I will not return to Raceway #936 again.
