I believe this is a phony site. It is a site by a
housewife claiming to have used two trials for $10
to whiten her teeth. The trials I purchased are
different than the ones on the current site but the
layout is the same. So I don't think she used the actual
product or this is not the same site as I went through.
But be aware both trials had scam hooks in them.
The first "MAX WHITE TEETH". After two weeks billed me
for $78.93. When the trial arrived, I threw away the
outer packaging, inside there was no company identification
or contact info. I had to go to my creditcard company to
get a contact number. Using that number, they said that
the web site trial offer stated that I was suposed to
return/or cancel within 2ks or be billed for the product
which is what the $78, 93 was. At the time I had the trial
product but had not even used it and they refused a return
of product. I can't even find the web site any more.
The second "IVORY BRITES". After two weeks, I recieved a
package in the mail from them. Apparently in the "terms"
section of the trial, it subscribes you to AXISWELLNESSPORTAL.com and an ongoing "continuity"
program of the product for $9.99 and $78.93 respectively if you don't cancel in 2 weeks. Again the original packaging and
contents gave no indication of this continuing billing. AXISWELLNESSPORTAL.com said they will refund their
charge and IVORYBRITES.com to is supposed to send me
an RMA to return the second shipment of product(less shipping both ways) and cancel my "memberships". I'll see if
that happens.
