I ordered a Leslie Dame media cabinet on 10/13/08. It has been on back order for over a year now. During that time they slipped the expected ship date atleast 8 times. It may be more because I only started keeping track after 4 months. They do manage to place a $180 hold on my credit card twice a month. I can accept that there is delivery problem with their supplier, but my latest go round with them is the last straw. I called a total of 3 times on 10/16/09 and was told the same thing each time - it would definitely ship that day, but no tracking information was available yet, and no supervisor was available at that time. I called twice on 10/20/09, and again on 10/21/09 and each time the answer was the same - it would definitely ship that day, no tracking information yet, no supervisor available at that time. The second time I called on 10/21/09, I was adament that I was going to hold until a supervisor was available. Lo and behold after about 10 minutes a supervisor was available. She listened to my story and promised that she would investigate and get back to me the next day as it was too late to call the warehouse. She took 3 phone numbers from me (office, home, cell) and they have my email address. But surprise!!! No call. Like I stated, I can understand delivery issues with their supplier, but I cannot accept being lied to and thats what they are doing.
