On July 19, 2010 I placed an online order at my-no-no.com for the No No Hair Removal System in a combo package the included the kit for small areas (3 Narrow Thermicon Tips, 2 Small Buffers and Travel Case). I paid $284.95 as listed on website. I received an email a few minutes later from No No sales division confirming that I had ordered exactly that.
My order arrived on July 27th without the small areas kit. When I called customer service the customer service rep told me that was not what I ordered and refused to send me the kit. I informed them that I had the email confirmation from their company outlining that I did order it, they still refused. I forwarded the email order confirmation to their sales department asking them to do the right thing and send the missing items. On the morning of July 28th I called to get another person and they tried to be a little more helpful. However even though I went thru the same story they said I paid the price of the tool itself and not any extras. I told them to look at their own website to see it and that the tool itself was only $250.00 and the combo kit was $285.95. The rep put me on hold to talk to his "supervisor", and came back with different offer that still did not give me what I ordered; missing the travel case and even stated "whether it is our mistake or yours, here is what we will do instead".
Bottom Line, Radiancy, Inc. refuses to honor their on-line orders from their own website, even though you provide all the proof and their own website staring them in the face. They deliberately charge you for items that you will never receive and very boldly say it is your own misunderstanding.
