Cheating me out of my Money & False Advertising
I'm back again with a different complaint. This time I got suckered into believing false advertising about looking a little younger, without having yo go through cosmetic surgery. I think everyone want to improve their appearance, if it is at all possible. I ordered Radialabs lotion for a free 14 day trial at a cost of $3.95 for shipping. I then thought I was suppose to call them back to let them know whether I wanted to keep on getting the lotion and then at that point I would be charged $74.95. Well before the 14 day free trial was over they charged me the $74.95 on my bank account and when I called them, the told me I would be charged this every month and that if I did not want it I would have to cancel it and return the bottle within 30 days. Well fortunately for me I had not even opened the 1st bottle they sent. So I called my bank and are having them investigate the charges. While they were doing that I started investigating my self. I found out that Radialabs, Hydroxatone and Urban Nutrition are all the same company. I also sent the 1st bottle back for next day delivery at the Post Office and that cost me $24.25. So far I am out of $28.20 if the bank does not charge me the $74.95, and I will count my blessings for that if it happens. I now know that in order to be safe I will start to investigate any new company really well before I start doing business with them. I think I will talk to a lawyer about my 24.95 for shipping charges. I don't know what else to do. All I can say is for 2011 BEWARE.
