I have been going to this radio shack and they have been giving me the run around. when I first bought the phone from radio shack I was assisted by the store manager at the time. Rafael. Then less than 3 months later the phone stops charging. I tried my husbands charger and it didn't work. So I finally did some research on the Internet and found out it was the USB port. One of the #1 defects of the first batch of these phones produced. So I call HTC and they said they would require me to send in the phone at my cost as well as provide them a credit card and then I would be without a phone for 30 days. I was so upset. So I thought to call radio shack and see if they can help. So I spoke with Rafael and he said to come in and he would exchange the phone because I was still under the 90 day warranty and the manufacture warranty. So I went in the next day and he was not there!! One of the reps said all she could do is call htc for me see what they can do. Which I had already done. She said she couldn't do anything I would have to come back when Rafael was there. So when I called the following week he was not there. Every time I called. So I went back in and another sales rep said the same thing and she said Rafael was no longer with the company. So she gave me the number to the district office and said I should call them because her store manger said the warranty does not cover cell phones!!! I couldn't believe this. I want a replacement phone. This is unethical business.
