Well just found a new fake/scam site that's called: radio.liveunlimited.biz Their url website is: liveunlimited.biz.

Apparently a douch bag idiot name Maxium Grime *aka* The Host or Owner, made this site and went around New York pretending he owns the site/radio host.

The idiot actually went around passing out business cards whichs looks like it was made from home or vistaprints.

Anyways, I cought this idiot passing off as a radio host & a real live radio station. Well apparently the idiot didnt think I'll check up on.

Here are the fake/scam issues:

It IS NOT A REAL SITE. I ran a domain check & it came up as registered to MAXIUM GRIME / LIVE UNLIMITED INC, Address: 2576 BROADWAY SUITE # 284, New York, NY 10025.

I personally went there & guess what...not a radio studio. Also, this fake business was ran through the FCC registered radio database & POOF to my amazement, it came up as a fake site/warning.

The funniest of all: The idiot himself went around *****slist looking for housing. I posted an ad on *****list looking for a roommate since my current one was moving out & the idiot himself came & feed so much junk about how he's a millionair, investment in Florida realty business worth $Millions but yet he's looking for a room in Queens for $500?

After I caught him in a lie, the idiot himself: Maximo or MAXIUM GRIME or whatever he calls himself said: he's downsizing so even though he's worth millions & OH GET THIS...A BIG SHOT WALLSTREET MAN, He's desperate looking for housing.

After I Shot him down & refused to rent my crappy one to him, he went on ranting about how his business is real, this website (http://liveunlimited.biz/) is a legit website, blah blah blah.

BEWARE *****SLIST room sellers, this guy is going around trying to pass off as a fake business man & wants to pay rent him "certified check" which is a fake/fraud
