I first ordered at this site and everything seem to be ok.

Problem #1 I then had an email saying that they could not take money off my card I had to use paypal

Problem #2 This need to be deliverd by the 8th of december and as they say thay ship in 1 day i thought this would not be a problem, i was very wrong. They emailed 2 days after the place of order to tell me that the size I requested wasnt in stock but they had size 7 & 1/2 (shoes) so I said yes please supply me with size 7 & 1/2.

Problem #3 everytime i tried to call the toll free number, i get greeeted in enlgish then the language switches to spanish! i could not get through once and tried over 30 times.

Problem #4 They took my money for the order without even checking availability first!

Problem #5 2 days after the email i received above i receive another stating that my item is not in stock they have to back order it? what a joke!!

Problem #6 The item received today 15/12/2010 came through and guess what? WRONG SIZE!! they promised size 7 & 1/2 and I got size 4 & 1/2

Ive tried calling today but no luck as usual, also their live chat is always offline and they lie about what time they are open

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE TRSUT ME!! DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
