How embarrassing with proof of payment in hand and top in other they couldn't help me as there tags are rectangular not round.Off I go to Rage - Eastgate - manager and staff there thought it was so funny - informing me that people make mistakes - please this is no mistake this is pure lack of customer service and no care attitude!!!Eventually get home at 7:30pm and obviously my evening was not that great as now I was at boiling point.Phoned head office, apologetic and even offered me a 10% discount - wow how thoughtful - that wouldn't even cover my toll gate fees, phone calls or petrol nevermind my fustrations oh my taken my details would help!
