The people from this company came to my house selling the rain air pot for R6995.00 and i told them that i won't be able to afford it right now, but this guy by the name of Hendrick kept on forcing me to fill in the forms and that i can pay from as little as R194 a month. He said that the application is not yet finalised and that the finance department would call me and let me know if they have approved for me to pay R194 a month. I told him that it would be better if i take the pot next year in April 2011, and he said its ok. The next thing i get an SMS from Nedbank telling me that my loan of R6995.00 has been approved. I did not get a call from anyone explaining to me anything like Hendrick has said. I called Nedbank and i told them that i want that loan cancelled because the people from that company lied to me, the lady that i spoke to from Nedbank told me that i should write a letter explaining why i want to cancel and sign it then the company (Spearfam Marketing) has to submit that letter to them and they should re-deposit the R6995.00 back into their account.

I called Hendrick and i told him that no on called me to tell me what's going on and i just received an SMS from Nedbank. I told him that i didn't want the pot and i told him that i will fax the letter and they should cancel everything immediately. He said i should fax the letter to the finance department and they will call me. Later on he called and told me that he's being reprimanded that the pot should be with the customer until the process is cancelled. Hendrick's phone has been off from the day he left the pot with me, when i try to call him at the office he says he was in mettings. He lied about everything and the fax number that he gave me for the finance department is not working.
Please assist in getting this loan cancelled.
