I decided to write my review here because even though its a complaint board I think that Rainbow Appliance does deserve credit for their service. I had an excellent experience with Rainbow Appliance. And going through some of the Reviews I noticed that there are maybe 4 or 5 complaints at most. In my opinion 4 or 5 complaints in the history of this company is not something I would concern myself with when buying an appliance from them.
