Ordered a washing machine/dryer from this company in early Dec 2007. The washing machine was damaged in transit.
NUMEROUS calls, emailed pictures, and general RUN AROUND have followed during 4 weeks of EXCUSES from Rainbow Appliances "Customer Service" Dept. On top of that..YOU MUST CALL THEM... even when they PROMISE to call you back or you will NEVER HEAR FROM THEM! Fortunately for us, VISA is now handling the matter and we have been assured that the charges will be REVERSED.
We'll see if Rainbow calls us back once we have OUR $$$ back and THEIR (broken) washing machine in our garage. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BUY ELSEWHERE.
They do NOT stand behind their sales!
