I wish I had read all these complaints first! I just ordered a Frigidaire Dehumdifier from them because they had free shipping. I get an email saying that they had problems processing my order. I looked online at my bank statement and saw they had charged me for the order. When I called they said before they could process the order they needed me to confirm the preauthorization amount on my card. I thought that was strange. The service clerk said it was to prevent fraud. OK, that is nice but why did you charge the full amount already if you needed this confirmation first. The clerk said it was a mistake. I said well you shouldn't plan to take people's money and not ship the merchandise if this is your procedure. I just finished talking to her. I made the order Thursday morning. I confirmed this information Friday morning and she says it won't ship until Monday. I definitely do not have a good feeling about this. I hope everything goes ok.
