I AM FEELING LOT OF INSULTING AND SUFFERING FROM BAD EXPERIENCE BY YOUR RETAILERS.
I WAS PURCHASED A SIM CARD 9730374185 AND THAT WAS ACTIVATE AFTER VERIFY MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS WHICH IS ALREADY SUBMITTED THROUGH RETAILER AT NAGPUR.
ONE DAY I WAS KEEP SAFELY THIS SIM CARD IN MY DIARY AND THEREAFTER FORGET IT. MEAN TIME I WAS SEARCHING THIS SIM CARD BUT I DO NOT REMEMBER THAT WHERE IS THIS. HENCE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND MAKE REQUEST FOR BLOCKING FOR SHORT PERIOD.
NOW I FOUND THIS SIM CARD IN GOOD CONDITION. THEREFORE I AM INTERESTED TO USE THIS CARD ON REGULAR BASIS. BUT YOUR RETAILER TOLD ME THAT, AS PER AIRTEL PROCEDURE ONCE A BLOCK SIM CARD BY CUSTOMER AFTER THAT THIS IS NOT UTILISED IN FUTER, BUT IN PLACE OF THIS PURCHASE A DUPLICATE SIM CARD FOR SAME NUMBER BY PAYING HUNDERE RUPEES 100 Rs/- FOR RE–ACTIVATION ALONG WITH ALL DOCUMENTS WITH CUSTOMER PHOTO.
KINDLY NOTE THAT, MY SIM CARD WAS NOT LOST, OR NOT MISSING. I WAS KEEPING SAFE IN MY DIARY AND FORGET IT. NOW I REMEMBER AND THEN IT IS FOUND AND ALSO IS GOOD CONDITION FOR UTILISED.
WHY RETAILER AGAIN ASKING AND DEMANDING ADDRESS PROOF, PHOTO IDENTITY CARD, PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH FOR SECOND ACTIVATION FOR PRE--EXISTING SIM CARD ALONGWITH THE CHARGES OF RECONNECTION INCLUDING DUPLICATE SIM CARD CHARGES. MY EXISTING CARD IN GOOD CONDITION THEN WHY PURCHASE AGAIN NEW CARD?
KINDLY OPEN A LOCK OF MY SIM CARD AND PERMIT TO USE UNDER YOUR KIND CONSIDERATION, OR TELL ME ADVICE WHAT CAN I DO ?
