THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE COMPLAINT COLLECTION DEPT. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ON HOW THEY TREAT THE COSTUMERS. EVEN JUST ONE MONTH YOU MISSED THE PAYMENT THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A DOG OR A SHIT CRIMINAL!!! I WROTE TO THE BANK ON MY FIRST COMPLAINT THEN AFTER 2 TO 3 DAYS I RECEIVE A CALL APOLOGISING TO WHAT THE AGENT SAID TO ME. THEY ASSURE ME IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. THEY WILL MAKE SURE THEY WILL DO ACTION ON THAT CASE. SO THEN NOW WHAT HAPPEN BECAUSE I HAVE MISSED ONE PAYMENT AGAIN NOW I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS INDIAN FELLOW FORCING ME TO PAY!! WITHOUT EVEN ASKING OR SAYING GREETINGS ON THE PHONE? THIS HOW HE SAID " YOU HAVE DONE THE PAYMENT? I SAID " WHO IS THIS " FROM RAKBANK HE REPLIED. THEN I SAID OK IM JUST WAITING FOR MY SALARY TO PAY MY DUES. HE SAID HOW COME YOUR HUSBAND SAID WILL PAY YESTERDAY? " HIS TONE IS LIKE YOU ARE SHIT CRIMINAL!!! THATS WHY I TOLD HIM I WILL COMPLAINT YOU HOW THE WAY YOU ARE TALKING!! HE SAID GO AHEAD COMPLAINT AND I WILL MAKE SURE I WILL FORCE YOUR PAPER TO LEGAL!"
IS THIS A NORMAL WAY HOW THE CUSTOMER BE TREATED ONCE THE PAYMENT HAVE MISSED ONCE? IS THIS HOW THE BANK WAY TO COLLECT MONEY? NO WONDER WHY SO MANY EXPATS CHOOSE TO ESCAPE RATHER THAN TO PAY BECAUSE BANK ITSELF PUSHES THEM TO DO IT!!!
