I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements.
I am L . Rakesh Singh, my airtel pre paid mobile number is 9849302123. Recently my plan got changed to 50 paisa / min offer... later on 15.sept.2010 i recharged with Rc 27 to get into 1p/sec benefit. I surprised to see that my plan again got changed to 50p/min plan with out any of my concern automatically. Meanwhile I talked to customer care guys for few more times and all the time they gave same false reason. Every time i call CC executive is getting my concern but still want to transfer call to Superior as he is helpless... making me to wait in a call... n call getting disconnected from their end after 6-7 mins.. once i got a request number : 112124799000 as customer executive promised me that my plan will be restore with in 48 hrs which is eventually still not solved. This is the worst king of service offered by AIRTEL .
kindly look into this matter and do needfull..
or kindly give me a sugsestion to change number so that i can proceed.
