I am 79 years old and have a tag for special disabled parking. All too often these special places are taken by cars without tags. Today there were pick-up trucks in those spaces, and I nearly had sunstroke from where I had to park. I asked an attendant if the police ever gave out tickets, and he replied "not very often".

This large store has many elderly and disabled customers and we often have to ride around looking for a place near the store.
