pore service
OK i bought my dodge ram 2007 hemi 4x4 4 doors quad cab on October 28 2010... first day i had it they said that the tires where new and they mad a full truck service OK!!! My second day i had it my oil pump let go ...My 2nd week i had it my right front tire bowed up and i didn't hit anything i was on the hight way ...and they were supposed to be new, so i'd call them and they said that they didn't say the tires were new and i found out that they were 1 year old ...3 weeks later i went 4 a oil change!!! My 2 front tires rod ends were loose and they change it ...it cost me 200$ in my own pockets...2months later on the 26 of December, my transfer box was finish and they put in a new one but at made the same noise so i had to live it there ...i ask 4 a other car because i was working and they said that they don't do that there so i said OK...the next day it was supposed to be fix but it wasn't so i had to call the taxi and it cost me 65$, , , they said it was gonna be ready the next day 4shore..so i went there the next day and i wasn't ready so i had to call the taxi again so it cost me a other 65$...the day after was a holiday so i knew they were close ...the day after that my truck wasn't ready because it was a Bering in the rear end that was f**k up, , , , , and when they fix the bering they mistakenly brook something els in it!!! and remember i ask them before i both the truck and they said that every thing was OK...so i had to pay 400$ in my pockets for the last day that they fix it...so i called the manager and i explained every thing that happened and i told him i have a warranty that covers every thing including a car if my truck was there for more then 1day... so he said i was suppose to have a other car!//////???????????????????????/ so all that time i was supposed to have a other car...and i never went off roding with it so ...thats the service you get there and every day i was there 6/10 customers complained about the service and the people that work at the customer service...you ask what was wrong and they don't know they say..."i'm only here to give you your bill they say... so how can they be the #1 car dealer ship in the country ???????????????????beats me, , so don't by a car or truck there, they are the worst i ever seen !!!the name of the persons that i talk to and said that i couldn't have a car were *Peter Murray service advisor* and *Lori Vibert Business Manager*
