I am writing to you because of a huge problem I had R&S Straus in East Rutherford NJ.
Let me start off by saying that your service guys that work there are TOTALLY LAZY!
I brought my car there for a simple coolant leak that my car was having, which if you looked into the car, you could see exactly where it was leaking from. I sat there and watched them. All they did was put the car on the lift, open the hood and said "there's nothing that we can do." I looked at him and said, "what do u mean there is nothing you can do. There is the crack and leak right there!" Then your company had the audacity to charge me $30.00 to do nothing, then on top of that made me buy coolant which was another $10, just to drive it down the street to a mechanic. $40.00 for nothing. Now this is where its gets very interesting and where I can so your service center guys are very LAZY. I took it to the mechanic down the street, and I told him what the problem was, and here is the kicker, he went up the street to your store and got the part he needed to fix the problem. i told him that I went to your store first to get it fix and told him that u guys said you couldn't do anything. he looked at me and laughed. He told me that when the guys at that store see something that needs to take time and work on, they just say they cant do anything about it. I am totally pissed off because they made me spend $30 just to say they can't do anything. Didn't even put the car on the diagnostic tester or anything. Customer service is something that store needs to work on and stop making people spend unnecessary money!
