We found a beautiful PT Cruiser and made the mistake of buying it from Randall Noe. All of the new cars on the lot had window tint and a $799 price. As it turns out our car had deep sunscreen window tinting from the factory which was included in the window sticker price. We paid for factory tint AND Randall Noe tint on only 2 windows that did not need tinting they were already factory tinted. All of the windows are suppose to be tinted per customer service but it is obvious once the windows are all put down that the back is all factory tint and any additional window tint is un-necessary.
We had a new sales girl who didn't know the cars and was quoting the sticker price without the $999 added.
They do a very slick job at avoiding telling you the total price you are paying when asked. I was suppose to get 1% below factory Invoice plus any incentives and rebates. With the scam on the window tint (all the new cars have the tint at $799 and $999 with a pinstrip) I am really doubting if I got my company discount. I have never had a car window tinted or pinstriped so I had no idea what it runs, so we called the same place that does Noe's cars and were quoted $199 to do all the windows on a PT Cruiser and $99 for a pinstripe. We have asked that $799 for an un-necessary window tint job and one that was not as advertised be returned but so far no response.
