Dear Sir/Madam,
I am consumer of Rani Bagh Gas Service.My consumer No is RP-16229. I booked for refilling on IVRS NO. 9911554411 on 12-4-2011 which was cancelled on 15-4-2011 without assigning any reason. I booked on 16-4-2011 through on line. Again I contacted, telephonically, Rani Bagh Gas Service & i was assured of booking of a refilling.I was informed of generation of cash memo 7400 and i was informed that cylinder will be delivered shortly through SMS on 18-04-2011. But still cylinder has not been received upto 20-4-2011. In addition to the above facts it is a matter of facts that this gas agency harrasses every month for refilling my one cylinder. They force to visit the office of agency to face embarrassment through rude behaviour of their employees.
I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and to save me from embarrassment and to direct the service provider to improve the delivery of cylinder and to improve the behaviour of their employees.
