My company made a booking at the above guest house for me to stay over for one night. My employer is situated in Pretoria and are not all that familier with all the places in Natal. I had to see a client in Nkandla, but the accommodation booking was made in Emphangeni. it is about two hours drive from Nkandla. Once we realised this we called the B&B and explained and also offered to use this booking a week later when another consultant is in the area.

He blatently refused to listed to our explanation, nevermind the fact that I am pregnant and cant drive that distance in one day. This is not service if you are in the hospitality industry. Our company has potential to be in his area quite often, but after this, we will out of principle never use this B&B again.
