It is really sad to inform you that i am feeling very helpless and noone is going to help me for my below said proble.I am trying to get solution but i dont.I have gigaset 504 router installed by etisalat at my home and then they upgraded with elife.My laptop is getting connected with wireless internet but my mobile is not getting connected.I went to my friends home and try to connect it through wireless internet and it got connected in seconds.but again at my home it is not connected.Etisalat told me that it is not their problem and contact with gigaset peoples.They gave me a number 043385565 and if you ring this number there is only a tape which is repeated.I contact with their abudhabi office they gave me their dubai number i talk to them and finally they told me that contact etisalat because they are the provider.I called etisalat again and they told me sorry it is gigaset people problem or go to outside computer peoples.I am working abudhabi going at 6 am and comming at 7pm.Please tell me how can etisalat help me i am trying from 3 months and i think i am fully frustrated and do not know where to go.I believe there may be a 5 min setting job but i do not get any guidence from any where.Please guide me what to do ?
