I had applied for Ration card in month of November 2010. Exact date is 10.11.2011 . Till date we have not received any communication or any details from office. I have visited six to seven times to know the position of issuance of Ration card.
They say you will get within fifteen days. They have given the file number 7148750 . It is approximately 7 months over still it is not issued. I request you to look into this issue and resolve it. Household ladies has to go very frequently to office to enquire the status of issuance of ration card. As per rules it has to be issued within a period of one month. Name :B.SRIDHAR
