I'm very upset by the way you do business
I sent for a free sample three months ago and have since been pestered with that product being sent to me without my ordering it...at an exorbitant price I must also say. I returned the 3 packages RTS (return to sender) and am being charged directly to my credit card. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? Please take care of this... I'm very upset by the way you do business...and am about to report you to the Better Business Bureau at your Hollywood, Florida address!!

They bill you 84.95 to ship out their product and then make it almost impossible to cancel their service
The freebie is a scam... and just try and cancel. They bill you 84.95 to ship out their product and then amke it almost impossbile to cancel their service. Don't believe the hype...and dn't buy their products.

Please avoid any so called free offers for products such as Dermapril
This company is a fraud. They offer you a free sample if you pay 99 cents shipping and handling and then a couple weeks later they charge you account with multiple $79.95 charges. They have hit my account 3 times in the past 2 days. I had to stop my credit card and file a fraud complaint. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!! FORTUNATELY, MY BANK IS REFUNDING MY MONEY AND GOING AFTER THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID ANY SO CALLED FREE OFFERS FOR PRODUCTS SUCH AS DERMAPRIL. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!

I was scammed through a third party website
I was scammed in the same way through a third party website. The return address on the label is 100 NE 62nd Street, Miami, Florida 33138. I spoke to supervisor, Manny who refused to give me his last name. He lied telling me they only represented Dermapril. But, I received several other products such as Dazzle White and Res-V-Life from the same location. All have a monthly fee of about $80.

Makes it pretty hard to cancel and avoid the $85/month charge
There is no such website as www.dermapril.com. I repeatedly get an error message that there is no website at this address. And, this is the address to which we are directed if we wish to cancel after our risk-free trial. So, I have to ask - Is this intentional. Makes it pretty hard to cancel and avoid the $85/month charge.

There is no such website as www.dermapril.com. I repeatedly get an error message that there is no website at this address.
