Be careful about ordering from Raw Minerals. I found I dealt with challenges every step of the way in trying to return the product and not be charged for it.
They don't make it easy, there were many steps I had to go through to even return it at all, and then when I did it, I was charged anyway. When I called and tried to get it remedied, they said the return came in late (which I don't know how that would have happened, I was very careful to do it before the deadline so I wouldn't be charged.) The person on the phone refused to refund it, even with expressing my frustration and feeling I was being ripped off, and would not let me speak to a supervisor (after many requests.) I would not buy from this company and I would recommend you do not either. I had no such problems with Bare Minerals, only problems with Raw Minerals. I had bought Bare Minerals before, and had liked their product, but saw the free trial for Raw Minerals, and thought I'd check it out for free to see if I liked the Raw or Bare better. (The brushes that come with the Bare Minerals were very superior to the Raw, and liked the product overall better, as well as less expensive, so that's why decided to return it.)

The one part that was my mistake was that I did not realize they had charged me until a few months later, as I hadn't gone through my bank statements immediately, went through a few months at once, and that's when found out I had been charged a few months back. I learned my lesson. Always check your bank statements immediately to make sure nothing unusual or incorrect is on there. And...never order from these companies that offer a "free" trial, but then make it very difficult to not actually be charged. But that should not be enough reason for them not to refund me for something I was never supposed to be charged for in the first place, and had returned in full, and not allow me to speak to a supervisor.
