Parts Manager
I want to address some inappropriate behavior from your parts Manager. My boyfriend I were in your parts department ordering some parts last week, when a man with grey hair, rather slim built, wearing black slacks and a white shirt stood off to the side of the counter talking to one of the girls behind the counter. She was sitting off to the side reading a book. He began talking with her and the whole time he was being very flirtatious with her. It made me feel very uncomfortable to say the least. I find this to be inappropriate behavior in the work place. Obviously my boyfriend wasn't aware of what was going on because he was talking with the guy who was helping him. After a few more comments I just walked around to the other side of the counter and stood next to my boyfriend using him as a wall to block the view. As I stood there I noticed this dark haired girl walk by and through the doorway, she said hello to both of them as she had to walk past them, no one said hello to her and as I watched him from the corner of my eye, he rolled his eyes as she walked by. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary when she walked by, she was pleasant, but wow did this guy ever have a hate on for her as I seen it with my own eyes. I don't know what that was all about but I feel for that nice girl, because she was so pleasant and very polite towards him. I find him to be a bit of a nuisance and his behavior seemed to be quite demeaning to women. I told my boyfriend after we left and he told me to send in a complaint. If your parts manager of authority behaves in this manner, I feel for the staff that work under his supervision. That in my opinion is harassment and undermining women. I hope you don't tolerate this behavior in your company, very shameful!!!

Worst Customer Service Rip off
The worst service from GM dealer. NO complaints against GM, but this dealer is very arrogant. The dealer treats customers as if they work for him. Never do business with them. Paid in full for a brand new silverado truck, and a few days later when picked up the truck the sales guy wanted another $1000 otherwise he wont give the truck. Double Dipping. thats what it is called. HE took $ 1000 from me and claims another $ 1000 from GM. THe dealer is very unethical in his dealings. Never buy from this dealer again. The dealer did not clean the truck bed before installing the bedliner.
