I had a terrible experience using Ray Sutton from Ace Flooring at (718) 877-1671 in Flushing, Queens. He also works under several company Aliases including A & A Flooring, A & B Flooring, RLS Flooring, and RLS Maintenance. He is a con artist. He did not perform on our contract, and 7 months later he still has not returned my deposit. It has cost me time, energy, and money, and I do not want what happened to me to happen to any other innocent consumer out there.

I took him to small claims court, where I won the case, and he was ordered to return my deposit. He still refuses to return my $300 deposit, though he has not done any work for me. I have recently started researching him a bit and I have found other people's posts that report similar experiences that people have had with Ray Sutton. Initially, I couldn't find these posts because they were under different company names. (They listed Ray, however, with the same email, phone number, and address as the contact).
