Car failed emissions test on MOT and was taken to this garage for repair, as claimed to be engine diagnostic specialist. After holding on to my car for a week and a half (too late for free MOT re-test) charged me £146.20 for a new lambda sensor, labour to re-wire car and £15 for a fuel additive.

Took car to be re-tested and still failed on same emission problem! Car was empty of fuel when collected from him, so he could not have added a fuel treatment, and doubt very much if I had a new lambda sensor either, so £150 charged for nothing and problem still exists.

Found other reports on the Internet of him charging for work not carried out. Advise all to stay away from this rogue trader.
