I purchased a bedroom set 0n May 11, 2010. I also was talked into buying a mattress and box spring since they were having a sale so I did...well the bedroom set was great, but the mattress was so hard that the first night I slept on it I was sore from neck to butt. I AM SLEEPING ON AN IRONING BOARD!!! I called immediately the next day and they said I had to wait 30 days before returning the mattress. I said I couldn't wait 30 days and threatened to buy another mattress somewhere else. She then said I could come in a pick out another one. When I got to the store my sales women was not there and another rep said I had to wait 30 days to "break in" the mattress. I said I would try, but it got no better. I purchased a 3" memory foam pad from BBB for $150.00...which helped a little. I still cannot sleep on this mattress and now I have to pay $250.00 for them to come get it and I HAVE to pick out another mattress from them. I don't trust their mattresses. I tried the same mattress in the store and It was perfectly comfortable. I asked how long that mattress was there and she said "about 2 years". Well no wonder ...My mattress is a Sealy posture pedic pillow top. DO NOT BUY ANY MATTRESSES FROM THEM!!! They do not stand by their products and mattresses should come from Sleepeez or 1800mattres.
