I worked for this company for two years. If delivery days were busy they would send a third person to help out with the deliveries. Well if the truck didn't have a extra seat you would ride in the middle on a box. Well on dec 11 2009 I was ridding in the middle when we were stuck by a car ridding on the wrong side of the road. I injured my shoulder and was set to come back to work on feb 16 when I received a call saying I was fired for seatbelt violation. A boss by the name brian claims he didn't know the truck didn't have a third seat which is a lie. When brian first started he went on a ride a long with me and my partner to see what it was like. I gave him my seat while I road in the middle on a box. The company knows you are not allowed to do this but the send guys to ride on boxes as long as they don't get caught. But once something bad happens and the proper people want answers the turn their backs on employees in order to say their image and company. I have never been a part of a company who cared only about themselve and not to people who get up and deliver hundreds of pounds of funiture for them
