I purchased a dirt rocket for my kid 65 lbs. After he rode it less than 5 times, the sprocket stripped out. Customer service had me take it a service provider who replaced the wheel. The 2nd time my kid rode it, same thing happens. Obviously something wrong here. I call again, now customer service is accusing me of riding the bike. Refused to replace it, told me to take it to service provider again. Same story, he insinuated someone heavier than 140 lbs was riding it. Very upsetting. I couldn't get anywhere with this disreputable company. They are not trustworthy like they claim to be on their website. I gave up, took the piece of junk home, welded the thing in place and it's still running. I could not believe they had the nerve to say the things they did. I will never, ever, buy anything from this corrupt, unscrupulous company ever again. Instead of admitting the bike was a lemon, they stooped to unfair and unethical practices. As God is my witness, greedy businesses like Razor will not survive his judgment. They'll get what they deserve.
