I purchased BCS tickets on-line based on the seating chart Razorgator had on their website as the "venue map". I wanted to be behind Alabama, which was the home team. I paid $2800+ for 2 tickets in section 6, 8 rows behind the Home Team bench. I was horrified to find myself sitting behind Texas in a sea of Texas fans when I arrived at the Stadium!!! This was a once in a lifetime experience that will never be the same. Yes I went, yes we won BUT this was NOT the awesome experience I paid for.
I called Razorgator & they informed me since I purchased the tickets on-line it was not their fault. I was the Rose Bowl's fault because they provided the venue map & they could do nothing to help me since one of their agents did not sell me the tickets. Well who did? Aren't they an ON-LINE ticket broker??? Then why I am responsible for purchasing tickets on the HOME side based on the information on their website which turned out to be the visitors side. NEVER PURCHASE TICKETS FOR ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
