Bait and switch
I ordered a projector from these folks. They sent me an email stating that they needed more information. When I called I was informed that the projector did not come with a bulb. After some discussion, the prices for the bulb was 299.99, added to the cost of the projector, shipping and insurance the cost totaled $1, 100.99. When the item arrived the invoice with it was for $1, 289.99. The $1, 100.99 was still below retail so I ordered it. I sent emails about the difference, all not answered. I called and was put on hold, never to be answered again. Finally when I did talk to someone, they were the rudest, obnoxious people I have ever dealt with. They said that I could send the item back, pay for shipping and a 10% restocking fee. This would have cost me more than the difference, then they would just scam somebody else with the same unit, so I kept it. The way they get away with this is that the invoice states only the total price, it is not itemized, so then you have only their word, which is useless.
I am taking the following actions, I have disputed the charge with Visa, I am writing to the Attorneys General for both states, I am requesting that they be banned from doing business in this state. I have written the BBB in both states. I am seriously considering filing a lawsuit which will require them to come to my state to defend. Finally, since they do business nation wide, I am inquiring of the Federal Government as to the possibility of them being charged with wire and mail fraud.
I probably will not get my $189.00 back, but I will cause them more than $189.00 worth of trouble and aggravation.

Bait and switch
I tried to buy a Nikon d60 that was advertised by Razz Photo. I called because the advertised product would not process online. I thought the first phone call was dropped by my cell phone. The next two people I reached proceeded to hang up on me when I first tried to buy just the camera body and then hung up a second time when i tried again only with a lens I wanted and I questioned the price they were charging.
If you are considering a purchase through this company I would think twice. They may be fine to do business with, but my experience does not support doing so.

Just plain rude!
Called the company number to ask questions about a camera they had listed on sale on their web site. The man who answered was curt and rude. He treated me like my questions (like does it come with the battery?) were stupid. Since their prices were higher than another cut-rate online company, I thought the question was legitimate. It was enough higher to include the battery. I didn't order from them.

Bait and Switch
This company is a bait and switch if I ever saw one! I ordered a Nikon D80 for the price of $559 on line. It was indicated that a customer service rep . would be in touch with me to confirm my order. The rep called me and verified my order. He then proceeded to ask what type of battery I wanted with this camera? He was trying to sell me a battery for 179.00 and a rapid charger for $169.00. When I told him that I just wanted the $559. package, he stated that I would Void the Nikon warranty. I told him fine, then just cancel my entire order. He replied with "Okay, your marbles are confused". He indicated that I could buy the $559 package but it may come to me smashed! I indicated that he was to cancel my order and I wanted to speak with his supervisor. He stated "why, are you threatening me"? I indicated that his customer service skill were appalling and I immediately wanted his supervisors name, to which he stated "his name is Aneil and he'll be with you in about 15 minutes". I asked for a direct number to his supervisor and he stated "we don't have any kind of special number, you'll just have to wait for as long as it takes". I called my credit card company and had them close my account and reissue me a new number. Don't do business with this company.

Bait and switch!
When I called to ask if they had the Canon Xsi in stock, the guy was really rude. I ended up ordering it as a package online, but when they called to confirm the order the next day, I was told that it was mandatory that I purchase a battery for the camera from them. The price was ridiculous and I canceled the order. There was nothing on the website about having to purchase a battery. If that were so, they should have included it in the price of the camera. Isn't there anywhere to get an honest comparison of prices?

Bait and switch!
Razz Photo advertised a Nikon D3 for $2, 399 through an internet price comparison site. When I added the camera to the shopping cart, the price suddenly became $3, 009. I called their sales line and asked if it was in stock. Yes, it would ship that day if I ordered immediately. I proceeded with the order. The salesman then tried to sell me a battery for $589, clearly stating that the camera did not come with a battery (which I found hard to believe). I told him that I already had four EN-EL4 batteries for my Nikon D2X and didn't need another. He told me that the D3 takes a different battery. I read to him from Nikon's website, which specified the EN-EL4. He said that it was just a "starter" battery that would only last for 20 minutes in the D3, and that the D3 takes the EN-EL14. I have no such battery on Nikon's web site. I told him flatly that I didn't need the battery. The salesman then said that the $3009 price was for a gray market camera with a polycarbonate body and no US warranty (the web site clearly said US warranty and said nothing about a polycarbonate body). The US market camera was $4699, he said. I was more than a little angry and suspicious by this time, since I don't believe Nikon makes the D3 with a Polycarbonate body for any market. I told the salesman that there were too many things that were wrong about this transaction -- and he hung up on me. At some point in the conversation he also said that they would have to charge sales tax because the price was over $3000 (apparently this is why the online pricing comparison site listed "no sales tax"). It was just one more item of complete B*** S***. It was a classic bait and switch, as well as an attempt to unbundled and sell included parts separately to get more than retail. I would have ordered this camera from B&H Photo, a very reputable dealer I have dealt with for years, but it's out of stock there right now.

Unparalleled rudeness and unresponsiveness
When ordering the camera they were incredibly forceful about ordering additional, unneeded options and then began informing me that if I did not order these the camera body would be different (untrue).
When checking status on a two-month old, unfulfilled order the representative hung up on me, the second rep transferred me to someone else that was extremely rude, when asking for a supervisor would just pass me around and actually heckled me. A nightmare of an experience. Still trying to get my money back on the canceled order. Do not do business with RazzPhoto!!

Bait & switch, rude, discourteous
When contacted by phone on the availability of an internet advertised camera. Employee kept attempting to add unwanted items to low cost "bait" item. When refused multiple times, and sternly requested cost and availability of item wanted, was told "don't cop an attitude with me, I don't tell you how to do your job P#$*@" and hung up the phone.
Don't fall for the unethical practices of this company, their tactics are unethical, illegal, and transparent.
