Greetings! I, Marcelo Salazar with Account No. 0179649314 hereby sending my complaint to your good office. That since September 07, 2010 I sent my letter address to the RD Billing Office addressee to Mr. A. Jason Lerlerc stating my reasons that I am no longer interested to continue my subscriptions and even before that I write also that the Our Canada magazines I am no longer interested to continue both.
When I received RD subscriptions issued to me for the month of September I even pay immediately enclosed check & my letter that the October issue should not be sent because I give my due notice because that time I have my urgent vacation to look for my mother critical illness but she does not make it to live & she passed away.
May I know, then from your good office to answer me if this notice is unacceptable nor I am ignore? Client or subscriber has the right to stop if he/she wishes to stop his/or her subscriptions, right? Since that time my subscriptions is about to end I even write that I am not willing to continue anymore. Your office sent me notice for renewal form but I never reply since I already give my notice and it is final. Yet, your office assume and you still sending me such magazines which I never be interested anymore. The word, "assume", is not a guarantee whether a client or a subscriber willing to continue or not, right? That's why there is a decision made by your RD office that I am willing to continue, yet I give my letter of termination on my subscription to inform your office formally or endorse my magazine subscription be stop or terminated.
Please note that I treat you all as professional people and that is my principle in life. I suggest that, if this is not the right way to inform your office, then can you educate me which is more lenient to be more right?
Please waiting your prompt reply on my e-mail address. Thank you so much for your time to spare me your answer on my inquiry.
Respectfully Yours,
Marcelo Salazar
