Untrustworthy/Scam

This company has a well working scam going...if you have a return on merchandise...they will gladly send you a Merchandise Return Label...this label DOES NOT HAVE ANY TRACKING WHATSOEVER!...if you try to purchase Delivery Confirmation the P.O. will tell you since the company is paying for the shipping you cannot purchase Delivery Confirmation for your return ( although this policy has changed and most Postmasters are unaware of this...it took mine 1 hr to find out)..the company will conveniently tell you they never received the package and keep both your merchandise and your money(I am out $138)...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP OF COMPANIES..They also go by the name Atlantic Inkjets.
