Unsolicited goods!
On visiting my Mother, who is in her eighties, today after her being in Hospital for four weeks I was horrified to see she had seven packages from readers Digest. She had not possibly ordered the goods and they were most unsuitable, including Books and CD collections no one in our Family would ever be interested in. As I looked around the house there were many other unopened packages from them and numerous letters offering huge prizes to be won. It is clear from looking at this company's advertising that they are not honest and target weaker members of society.

False advertising!
I think you will find them all on the internet under www.rd.ca surprise SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A WELL KNOWN COMPANY THAT SO MANY PEOPLE BELIEVED IN WHOLE HEARTILY.

2008 lexus site not found
I received a card in the mail for a chance to win a 2008 Lexus. I was given an access code to enter this contest before March 19, 2008 and when I attempt to enter this contest, nothing happens. There is no site for this entry. Is this a true contest or not? I also received another one earlier that I was not able to access. Please e.mail me and indicate what is up on this, I would appreciate it. I sure would like the chance to win a car as I do not have one. Always trying though. Thank you, Carol.

Non existent website!
Imagine my surprise while trying to access this site to enter the latest contest to find out the site "DOES NOT EXIST". I think this constitutes false or misleading advertising and from what I have read it seems that this is not the first time Reader Digest has done this.

Junk mail and magazines
Just like to say in a world of junk mail and magazines it seems that know body could ever have the time to take on a full time job, if they were to keep filling out forms and applications for all these potential win win win situations.
Maybe one day we could win the time ... To keep up with all these win win win... Deals?

Received card saying I had a free gift surprise and when I went to the web site I could not get any info. Beware of this scam!

Scam!
Okay, so I've read a lot of complaints about this "Surprise Gift". I also read that it wasn't a scam, just no instruction on how to enter. I would think Reader's Digest (web designer) would have put a little more into it. I am joining in on the 1000's of complaints. Trying to log in, I got denied. So "PLEASE!!!" let the Reader's Digest readers know what is going on with this web site.
I would appreciate any help!
