Receiving a bill for something I never ordered
I received a book in the mail from Readers Digest along with a bill for $30.71. I never ordered this book and now I am receiving a past due that I better pay this by 2/22/2011 or else. I have never been on a Readers Digest site so how could I have even ordered this. I see from the complaints that this happens quite often. I will be calling the 800 # that appears on this site on Monday to clear this up. I don't want to spend the money to send it back either. Waste of my time. Readers Digest used to be a reliable company but I wouldn't subscribe to that anymore. What a disappoitmen.

Nokia Contest
I rec'd a card in my Reader's Digest for a chance to win a Nokia Coolpix and they gave the website: readersdigest.ca/nikon with an acess #. I cannot find anything at that website except for a cash contest and MANY advertisements for Nikon Cameras

Billed for merchandise I did not order and do not want.
I am receiving late notices for merchandise I did not order and do not want. Once a month I am receiving a cardboard box with a book and a trinket enclosed. I would like readers digest to stop sending, stop billing, because I am not paying!!!

Recieved a past bill for something I never ordered or recieved
I have just recieved a bill from Readers Digest asking if I overlooked paying my bill for "The Christmas List" that I suppossedly ordered and it was suppossedly sent to me on 11/10. I have never ordered anything from Readers Digest. I have recieved Readers Digest as a gift from someone 2 years ago! Nothing since. I haven't recieved this book, and I would not order anything as expensive as this book. I am on SS. I have no money to buy this book. I too looked for a phone number to call & straighten this out, but no phone number. I will also write a letter to them & complain. Thanks, Carol Lee- Kewanee, Ill.

tired of their seevice saying and sending stuff that i didnt order
im sick of them sending stuff like dvd's that i didnt order, plus i aready sent it back . it's like they dont care or they dont read or get anything you send back to them . then they give you a address or a email that says we cannot help you right now, are site is being work on try again later. WELL I THINK IT'S ABOUT TIME FOR SOMEONE OR THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT TO LOOK INTO THIS ' OR GET SOME LAWSUITS GOING!!! sign tired of their buu shttttt.

I recieved a Mind Stretcers book in the mail. I did not order this and I do not want any more books. If I receive another one I will refuse it and have it returned

Billing
We keep receiving bills for payment on the above referenced. According to last billing it was 11-22-10 account # 0634753693 billing made to Mr. Wm. D. Claycomb P. O. Box 324 Vincennes, In 45791.
On 8-12-10 sent Prestige Auto Check # 15779 for $9.98 for a year subscription and check has cleared our bank. It was sent to Readers Digest P. O. Box 7852 Red Oak, . Iowa.
Please check the above and advise.
