I keep getting a collection notice from this group for a 2-year renewal subscription to Reader's Digest. I have subscribed to RD for over 30 years and have NEVER dealt with anyone except Reader's Digest for my renewals. I don't know where this group gets their information but I am sure it is a scam of some type. The past due letter states my subscription will be canceled if I don't pay. Well my answer is... go ahead and cancel this non-existent subscription!
I have tried calling them, but they never answer the phone. Has anyone ever successfully gotten this group to back off?
