This is to inform that three buses from Adyar bus stand to Chemenchery(19D), Kelambakam(19P), Siruchery(19K) are converted into Ordinary buses("Saadhaarana kattanam"). But after election they are charging As per ‘M’ service. They don’t have prefix M in front of the number. If I ask the Reason for charging as M service, the conductor said complaint in the depot. I complained about this in depot but no positive step taken by the higher officials. Kindly take a positive action.

OMR ( Old Mahabalipuram Road ) needs more ordinary buses because slum clearance board people (chemenchery & kannagi Nagar) are boarding here, they cannot spare more amount on M, express or a deluxe bus.

We need ordinary buses to go via Tidel Park to gunidy and CMBT. We have bus no like M119, M70S & M70extn which go via velachery and takes too much time (more than 2and1/2 hours) to reach CMBT and guindy. If the buses are diverted via Tidel park we can save more than a hour. So that we can go to our offices ealierly.

Converting a LSS into a M service - they are degrading the service to a white board and also collecting extra fare. Note that M is expensive than LSS.

Eg: 29C extn (Thiruvamiyur to Mathur) now it is M29c extn.,
