I have called this company repeatedly and asked them to quit sending me their product.
They continue to send it, continue to bill me for it, and continue to give me the run around about it when I call.

Their customer service number is not a valid number.
When they pr0mise to issue a refund, it does not come thru.
I cannot speak to someone who speaks English as a primary language!
I do not ever get the same story from any person I talk to.

I returned the last bottle I sent, and was promised (via email) a refund to my account -
the same one they have continued to charge WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

When I have called, they tell me it is not the correct department. When I talk to another department, I get put on hold forever -- it is an exercise in patience and perserverence -- which I have plenty of! However, this is exceedingly frustrating.

All I want is my money back.. They have their product. It was a money back guarantee.
Their product did not work. The guarantee stated if I wasn't happy, I could have my money back without pause or hesitation. However, they seem to have forgotten that guarantee.

This company is completely without any standards and should be shut down!
