United Realty Center, Riverside, Ca. (this does not
involve them in any way to my knowledge)
approached me with a business proposal...
establishing a mortgage company "CMG" before the
crash. I asked for formal copy of Corporation
papers which he never gave to me...I do not believe
that he ever filed such papers. FRAUD.
I wired him the money $50, 000.00 (in 2007) and also advanced him loans for brochures, etc. Total $67, 000.00 of which he has repaid $500.00.
Another friend loaned him money $50, 000.00 and
was told he would pay it back with interest in 3 months
and has made only token payments...maybe $2000.00
or so.
He will not answer our communications, ignored
the Collection agency, told Orange County Investigator
that he would "work something out" but did not answer
my phone call in respose to that comment...as I
suspected would happen.

We believe he should lose his California Real Estate
License and in addition make monthly payments
to my friend, Mrs. Marriott, and to me...to make
some attempt to rectify the terrible financial
straits he caused us.
He had told me that he would repay the amounts
when his home in Laguna Niguel was sold.
We since learned it was not his home at all.
Not sure how many people he has scammed plus
writing predatory loans.
