This company is a complete joke; really I don't know where to start, so I'll just put the negatives you would likely experience yourself, if dealing with them.

Such long delays that wouldn't even exist in your nightmares.

When you want to chase them you have to call on a premium 0845 number and then you're left waiting only to have the phone dropped on you. I've had to call them several times so I know first-hand this tactic is regularly employed.

Promised delivery dates, only to have them rescinded. You find they are cancelled only when you call up afterward the promised delivery date, wasting your own time and expense.

Products that are far from flawless when delivered.

Insolent attitude from all but a few employees; you would seriously consider smacking a person on the chin should they talk to you that way on your doorstep.

If tardy and disrespectful behaviour from online traders makes your day then you’ve got a gem of a company here.

If it isn’t, be warned, and steer clear.
